Aux Bouches à Oreilles is a new french restaurant in the 18eme owned by two African brothers (from Cameroon I believe) with the younger brother being the head chef. He was the lead chef at some 4 Michelin star restaurant for 15 years before opening his own establishment.
The food was fresh, the service was amazing, the conversation„ the ambiance, the whole EXPERIENCE was the freaking bomb.com. I just love the pace of a french meal, and the neighborhood of the 18eme arrondisment may be my new favorite neighborhood to day dream about, its beautiful 🙂
Anyway doe, if you are EVER in Paris, check this place out: http://www.lafourchette.com/2_restaurant/restaurant_Paris/restaurant_Aux_Bouches_a_Oreilles/15955/
I support black restaurant owners all over the world.
